I had a couple of R/C helicopters prior to. All was ended up in garbage bin since of crashing due to unbalanced, inexpensive plastic created...
For this one, I appreciate it a lot, a kind of addicted toy !
Properly-built, detailed, and very good seeking copter. On top rated of that, the gyroscope does perform, and functions rather properly which tends to make the copter more balanced and less complicated to control. Another comfort, you can charge it via USB port either, cool.
I fly a SYMA S107, which is a fine bird but mostly created of metal (thin sheet aluminum) which is wonderful and poor. Metal, even aluminum, is strong but heavy. My buddy Skillet flies the V268 and, in my opinion, the V268 is the better aircraft. While it is slightly smaller than the S107 in overall length and rotor span, it exhibits superior flight characteristics, mainly improved climb rate and longer flight duration. I attribute this to the lighter weight due to all plastic construction and larger primary gear permitting greater torque lower RPM. We have both crashed our birds numerous times and my landing gear is shot whereas his is going powerful. His canopy has popped off in crashes, but a tiny crazy glue took care of that. For the funds, this is the top three channel helicopter I've seen.
