So..... Myself and many co-workers decided to make these helicopters portion of our down time although more than here in the middle of nowhere... We have quite a few around the shop suitable now, and I purchased this one...... the other guys all spent about $20 on theirs.... the Syma 107, 108 and 109... that is the Sport, Cobra, and Apache... and I spent $40 on this a single when it was on sale (now it really is $50). This ones handling does not even come close to comparing to theirs... I study up more on the reviews, and for some reason every person says it's wonderful, but I'm thinking they've just in no way attempted the Symas. I even ordered an additional knuckle that holds the stabilizer bar to the top rated rotor, (only came with 1), in hopes that it might make it more stable and manageable.. it did not... Also, just after crashing about 15 times, the tail rotor snapped off at the bottom of the curve... I superglued it back on about four times, and then drilled holes on either side of the crack and safety wired it back on, and superglued again :) gotta say, it has held up well following all the crashes, and it is manageable to fly, and IT SHOOTS MISSLES which is the significant benefit over the Symas........... but general.... the Symas are certainly additional agile, and simply controlled (3 I named anyways), and the batteries final a little longer, and they are WAY quieter, and for much less than half the price tag, I assume I would have just gone with 1 of those.
I upped it to a four star, only for the reason that it has withstood a important beating, and it shoots missles. It did call for the repair of the tail rotor tho, and it does not handle as excellent as it need to for the cost. and it's loud.

I owned the Syma 108 prior to I purchased this one particular. My critique will compare among the two.
Cons:
1)Compared to Syma this one flies like a fat cow. Rotating left and ideal is pretty responsive but forward and reverse takes like 5 seconds to kick in soon after you move the manage which is definitely annoying and prone to crashes. The altitude adjustment response is also poor.
two)This a single is substantially noisier. Sounds like a flying lawnmower.
3)Also the left throttle utilised to control altitude is not spring loaded to throttle down when released like Syma which makes it harder to control the altitude. (A small workaround of tying a rubber band to the throttle stick and anchoring the other finish on the bottom of the controller helped. This keeps the tension on the throttle in the downward path, which automatically pulls the throttle down when you release. This assists control the altitude significantly much better.)
4)Almost double the value of Syma.
Pros:
1)Fires Missiles!
Not so fun for my cat but super fun for me. I'm planing to modify the mechanism to hopefully squirt water rather.
I wish the Syma had this selection.
2)Well constructed. The supplies used to make this a single feel far more solid then the Syma.
