The excellent:
I got this in the mail at present and I have to say it looks superior in person the white and gold appear rather sleek (5 stars for it's looks). I study some excellent reviews about this helicopter web based and decided it would be a good upgrade from my two channel propel mini rc heli which performs nicely and has gone 2 years and hundreds upon hundreds of crashes without breaking as soon as. But enough about my old heli, the 107g is a awesome mini helicopter it really is 3.five channel control makes it possible for the pilot to control lift, left and correct turning, and forward / reverse which is great! 5 stars for becoming an inexpensive 3.5 channel heli. The high quality of this heli is excellent, the manufacturer definitely spared no expense in applying fantastic parts on this great small heli(five stars for excellent). I've crashed it a couple of instances and it doesn't show a single scratch, I give durability four stars given that I've barely owned it
The Bad:
In all honesty, this heli performs specifically as it should really. My only complaint is that the heli is not particularly quick out of the box. Contemplating it is an indoor helicopter, slower speeds are unquestionably a good function for those who haven't mastered the controls. This cannot certainly be deemed a large complaint considering how readily it can be modified to allow more rapidly speeds for even more advanced flyers (subsequent section).
Mods:
1.) Immediately after reading about obtaining aftermarket rotor blades, spinning the rotor upside down, etc and so on, I decided to merely get rid of a few pieces of the helicopter. I removed the 2 bars and the piece connecting them to the tail bar, along with the tail fin (not to be confused with the rotor). This does a few points: 1) lowers weight of the helicopter 2) increases power (due to weight loss) three) increases battery life (due to weight loss) four) makes the heli a lot more quickly and additional responsive. Please note that the heli will be substantially more quickly than just before, but it will be slightly less stable due to the lowered weight and improved speeds. Take it uncomplicated the to begin with few times about the living space, it will take some receiving use to.
two.) If your a speed freak and want the fastest s107g out there then you can also remove the landing bars. I do not advocate this for a modest inside location as it can make it challenging to navigate about furniture and tight spaces. I would suggest this for persons who fly in significant indoor locations or outside as the speed enhance can be fun. If that is not fast enough for you, then you can attempt the rotor flipping mod and replace the stock rotor with some fancy aftermarket one. If that is not rapid sufficient then, fine for you, you have a house the size of a football field. :p
Breif Critique:
The 107g is a fantastic mini rc helicopter, looks fantastic, flies awesome, has outstanding stability. It is a little slow out of the box, but that can very easily be fixed (see mods section above). General I rate this small heli a 5/5. It has almost everything I want in an indoor heli and I couldn't be happier for this low price tag. If you like flying the 2 channel indoor heli's then this is a wonderful upgrade!

Superb tiny toy that can teach any one the basics of physics control. Great stability manage, at a good price tag. Purchased a few of them for me and the family members, we all race them around the house. Like Syma's quality durability. Will never order something else.
